These ultra-thin liners hold in place thanks to the grip band around the edge — a great feature. The cushioned seams look like they might rub, but they're actually not irritating at all. They won't replace real orthotic support, but they do add a nice layer of cushioning and moisture relief inside hard-soled shoes. Note: runs a little small if you're size 8+ — I'm a 7.5 and felt near the top of the stretch.
I bought the sock-style version because my heels hurt. Looks like a sock but feels soft on, and it noticeably reduces the pain. The grip inside means it doesn't slip off, which is a nice touch.
All set — took a little while to arrive, but the padding and cushioning at the sides and heel are exactly as advertised and pictured. Recommend.
Slightly fluffy and warm inside. Was worried it might run too big, but it fit perfectly through 230 rounds of wear.
These would be great to wear under flats in the summer. The padding feels thick and plush, with a silicone-style grip on the inside heel to stop them slipping off.
